Refund Policy

Probe it Food Safety sells digital training courses and certifications. Because course content and certificates become accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

General terms

All purchases are non-refundable. It is the user's responsibility to confirm they have selected the correct course before completing checkout. If you are unsure which certification you need, contact us at support@probeit.ca or 1-866-293-6222 before purchasing.

Bulk and employer purchases

Bulk course purchases, group licenses, and employer-purchased seats are non-refundable.

Course transfers

A purchased course may be transferred to another person at no charge, provided the original user has not logged in or started the course. Transfer requests must be submitted to support@probeit.ca with the original order number and the new user's name and email.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or completing your course, contact support@probeit.ca within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Inability to complete the course due to user error, missed deadlines, or a change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

Failed exams

Probe it offers free unlimited exam retakes. Failing an exam is not grounds for a refund.
